Product Overview
The ROO M-FAK is North American Rescue's solution for officers and operators who recognize that tourniquet speed is everything in extremity hemorrhage — and who want a compact kit that doesn't compromise on supply depth. The defining feature is the front tourniquet pouch: a dedicated, quick-release pocket on the face of the kit that holds the C-A-T® in deployment-ready orientation. A single tab-pull opens the pouch and positions the tourniquet for immediate one-handed application, without unzipping the main kit or disturbing other supplies.
The main compartment provides bilateral access via a rugged side-zip configuration, with multiple elastic loops keeping the ETD™, gauze, chest seals, and gloves organized and accessible. The 500-denier nylon exterior includes a MOLLE backing for vest mounting and a 3-inch internal sleeve for horizontal duty belt carry. A 1-inch PVC Med Cross ID Patch is included for immediate visual identification.
Three configurations address different capability requirements: Basic Life Support (tourniquet, ETD™, S-rolled gauze, chest seal, gloves), Basic Life Support w/Hemostatic (adds Combat Gauze® LE), and Advanced Life Support (adds 28F NPA and ARS® needle decompression).
