The Modular ALS Bag is an excellent size and layout for EMS agencies. It features a zippered compartment that holds one D sized oxygen cylinder including regulator that allows easy access to the cylinder without having to remove it from the bag or even open the main compartment. The MB35 is heavily reinforced from top to bottom so it will withstand years of abuse. It also features multiple pockets, pouches, loops, and compartments – including four removable color-coded zippered pouches for quick access to high-priority items. The main hold also includes six removable foam dividers that can be customized along with the colored pouches – or removed completely to suit the users’ needs. The new MB15 MedSling packs are versatile shoulder bags with a practical design and a tactical feel that can be used in multiple applications. Real-world uses include military, law enforcement, EMS, special events first-aid, gun range, hiking, fishing, or as a general day bag.  The MB15 fits over one shoulder with an adjustable, ergonomic padded shoulder strap, which is also removable with two quick-release buckles. Each side flap, main cover, and two side compartments include nylon webbing MOLLE loops which provide multiple options for attaching gear and storing tools.  The front three rows of MOLLE loops are covered in hook & loop material for attaching nameplates and custom patches. The main compartment opens to reveal four elastic mesh pouches, two zippered pockets, three pencil pouches, and three elastic loops.  Two dual-zippered side compartments will hold a standard water bottle, but also include mesh pouches and elastic loops so they can be customized to fit the user's needs.
