Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

Our Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is built like the original and best that medical professionals know and love. The only difference is that we now use a calibrated numeric dial instead of a column of mercury. This style is still the most dependable and widely used blood pressure monitor in the emergency services industry but is easy enough for anyone to learn to use at home.

Our blood pressure cuff is built tough to meet or exceed the highest industry standards, without breaking the bank. The cuff is made of a P/U coated nylon that is alcohol fast, to resist pathogens and stains. The bladder, tubing and bulb are made of PVC and are 100% latex-free.

Also included with the BP Cuff is a zippered vinyl carrying pouch designed to protect the gauge from damage and make the entire kit easy to transport.
