The Pre-Lubricated Nasal Airway is an adjunct for securing an airway of a conscious or unconscious patient. The Nasopharyngeal Airway with Lubricant shows North American Rescue’s attention to detail. This NPA was designed to be dependable, efficient, comfortable, and secure. Dependable. The product remains steady during transport. It is not easily dislodged. Efficient. The product includes a conveniently attached sealed packet of surgical lubricant to facilitate easy insertion. Comfortable. More compatible with human anatomy than the standard oropharyngeal airway, this product is recommended for use as a nasal airway adjunct in semi-conscious or unconscious patients with an intact gag reflex.

These airways have an adjustable flange that facilitates accurate airway positioning to help prevent the gag reflex and provide more patient comfort. The atraumatic tips of the airways help ensure ease of insertion while minimizing damage to the nasal passage. The Berman Oral Airway kit comes with all the different sizes shown.  It is designed for first responders to stock a full BLS airway adjunct support bag.  The Berman OPA's utilize a dual channel design that permits access of a suction catheter even if the airway shifts or is partially occluded, making resuscitation less cumbersome. The North American Rescue Bougie-Aided Cricothyroidotomy Pack (BAC-Pack™) is a comprehensive solution that allows the user to perform a surgical cricothyroidotomy in any environment. With the components arranged by order of use and organized with elastic loops, the BAC-Pack™ is an easy-to-use kit in a small pouch made of durable 500D nylon. The BAC-Pack™ utilizes a purpose-built tube that has a pre-inserted bougie for rapid application, and the bougie is fully adjustable based on the patient’s or provider’s needs. The excess bougie can also be conveniently stored in the one-of-a-kind bougie cap/stopper. The tube meets the TCCC recommendations for the open surgical technique (flanged and cuffed airway cannula of less than 10 mm outer diameter, 6-7 mm internal diameter, and 5- 8 cm of intratracheal length). The BAC-Pack™ also comes with the latest innovation in safety scalpels, the PenBlade #10, for effortless penetration through the cricothyroid membrane and the NAR Tracheal Hook to maintain the opening without worry. A common complication of a surgical cricothyrodomy procedure is the misplacement of or inability to properly guide the tube into the trachea. To make this procedure, easier,safer, and quicker, rescuers can use a bougie introducer to guide that tube into its proper place. The North American Rescue Tracheostomy Kit with Bougie-Introducer is a convenient device that gives the user a pre-inserted bougie for introduction of the tube into the trachea and indication of correct placement prior to insertion. The bougie-introducer is adjustable for maximum user preference, and the excess can be tucked into the included cap that rests on top of the tracheostomy tube. The tube kit contains the same preferred flexible tube as NAR's Tactical CricKit®. The latex free tube is sterile, with a 6.0 mm inner diameter and an inflatable cuff.

The Tactical CricKit® is the result of an 18 month interface with Military Medical Professionals worldwide.
