El kit de reabastecimiento suplementario IFAK (SIRK™) Gen 1, de North American Rescue® es un kit sellado al vacío compacto, duradero y fácil de abrir que contiene los elementos esenciales para tratar las principales causas de muerte en combate evitables. Diseñado para caber en un bolsillo BDU o bolsa IFAK, SIRK™ está empaquetado en una bolsa transparente para permitir una fácil visualización del contenido del kit y al mismo tiempo proteger los artículos de los elementos. Si lo prefiere, el contenido también se puede sacar del embalaje sellado al vacío para reponer un IFAK existente.

Junto con el control de hemorragias críticas, SIRK™ también aborda el manejo de las vías respiratorias y la respiración, así como la protección personal.
