After listening to feedback from educators, and specifically residency directors, who use the ALiEMU platform for asynchronous conference credit, we have decided to reconfigure our learning management system (LMS) platform to accommodate more fluid and diverse teams in flexible fashion. Residents and medical students within the same “class”? No problem. Pharmacy students doing peer-teaching around the world? No problem. Your program is not listed in our drop-down menu? We got rid of that requirement to form teams. The possibilities are endless.

We are challenging ourselves to find a sustainable model that keeps all our content FREE for learners, ensures only premium educational quality content, while also allowing educators to adapt the platform for their own tracking needs.

For learners: Joining a coached team

You, as a learner, can tag any individual to be your coach/teacher, as long as they have an ALiEMU account. Just enter their email address.

For coaches: Tracking your team

For those of you who had prior Educator Dashboard access, these linkages have been reset. You need to have your learner re-select you as a coach by entering your email in the Coaches box.

Once selected as a coach by a learner, you can view that learner’s course activities. You can sort learners by name, date range, tags, number of courses completed, and total hours of completed coursework.
