Medical Gear for Those Who
Respond, Protect, & Prepare.
MARCH
Five steps. In the order you'd save a life.
MARCH is the evidence-based treatment sequence used by tactical medics, EMS, and military providers to prioritize life-threatening injuries in the order they kill. We organize our catalog this way instead of by brand or category, so the gear you need is always in the sequence you'd use it. Stop the bleed first. Open the airway next. Then breathing, circulation, and head injury. Every product maps to a step.
Medical equipment and protocols do not replace training, professional judgment, emergency services, or agency/organizational medical direction.

A tourniquet gets a time written on it the moment it goes on. Claims on this site work the same way: the assertion, who verified it, when, and what it rests on. This is the component that separates MED-TAC International from every marketplace reseller in the category.
A tourniquet that produces no discomfort in a conscious patient has not achieved arterial occlusion in most adults. Under-tightening is the leading field error — tighten to cessation of bleeding and loss of distal pulse, not to "snug."
Hemostatic dressings work by accelerating clot formation through contact activation. They are not a substitute for direct pressure — they are an adjunct to it. Pack the wound, then hold pressure.
