The elastic sleeve conforms to the compressed tourniquet; the integral Tegris belt loop — a hard carbon-fiber polymer, 1.5 to 2″ wide — gives a rigid, rattle-free OWB or IWB mount on belts up to 1.5″, while MOLLE lets it ride on a plate carrier, battle belt, or vehicle. Add the optional Discreet Carry Clip hardware for pocket or IWB clip carry.
