Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy
At MED-TAC International, we are committed to delivering evidence-based tactical medical equipment, trauma response systems, and life-saving supplies to medical operators, public safety agencies, institutions, and prepared civilians with speed, precision, and complete chain-of-custody integrity.
Order Processing Times
- Standard In-Stock Equipment: Orders containing standard in-stock medical gear and components process and dispatch within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
- Custom Assembled Kits & Stocked Bags: Custom Stocked Kit Bags, configured trauma modules, and professional kit builds undergo clinical assembly, component lot verification, and quality inspection prior to packaging. These custom builds typically ship within 7 to 10 days as they are assembled by hand.
Domestic Shipping Rates (48 Contiguous United States)
- Free CONUS Standard Shipping: Orders subtotaling $200.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States (CONUS).
- Standard Orders Under $200: Orders under $200 are calculated at live carrier rates during checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Military & Operational Addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)
Free APO/FPO Shipping. Every Order. No Minimum.
As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), MED-TAC International proudly supports our forward-deployed armed forces and diplomatic personnel. All orders delivering to valid APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses qualify for unconditionally free shipping with no minimum order threshold required.
Carrier Services & Shipment Tracking
We partner with verified, reputable logistics carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Once your order has been inspected and tendered to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking number is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note: Delivery timelines are managed directly by commercial carriers once dispatched. In accordance with our operational standards, MED-TAC International does not publish unfulfillable delivery timeline guarantees or same-day delivery claims.
Export Compliance & International Shipping Restrictions
MED-TAC International maintains strict compliance with United States export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), as well as authorized distributor manufacturer agreements:
- North American Rescue (NAR) Products: All genuine North American Rescue medical devices and components are strictly restricted to delivery addresses within the United States and authorized US Military APO/FPO installations. They cannot be exported to international civilian addresses.
- Ballistic Body Armor & Rifle Plates: Hard armor plates (NIJ Level III, III+, IV, RF1, RF2) and tactical ballistic protection systems are restricted under US defense trade controls and cannot be shipped outside the United States or authorized military channels.
- International Orders: Any international order containing export-restricted items will be held, and restricted items will be removed or canceled with immediate notice.
