Shipping
What is the free shipping threshold?
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the 48 contiguous United States (CONUS). All orders shipped to APO/FPO military addresses receive free shipping with no minimum order requirement. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional freight costs.
Are products available for international shipping?
Many products are available for international shipping. However, North American Rescue (NAR) products and rifle body armor (Levels III, III+, IV) are restricted for international export per ITAR regulations. NAR products may be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Check individual product pages for specific export restrictions or contact us with questions about your destination country.
Returns & Product Quality
What is your return policy?
MED-TAC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the medical nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Contact our support team for return authorization before shipping any items back.
Are MED-TAC products authentic and counterfeit-free?
Yes. MED-TAC is an authorized distributor for all brands we carry, including North American Rescue, SAM Medical, CELOX, Xmetix, and others. We source directly from manufacturers to guarantee authenticity. Counterfeit tourniquets and medical devices are a serious safety risk. Always purchase from authorized dealers like MED-TAC.
Payment & Eligibility
Are MED-TAC products HSA/FSA eligible?
Yes, many MED-TAC medical products are HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) eligible. Eligible products include first aid kits, tourniquets, and medical supplies. Look for the HSA/FSA badge on product pages or check product descriptions for eligibility information. We recommend verifying with your plan administrator for specific eligibility questions.

Do you offer bulk purchasing for agencies and departments?
