Two Trusted Names, One System
This combo pairs two of the most trusted names in combat tourniquet systems: Tactical Medical Solutions' SOF®TT-Wide — a CoTCCC-recommended limb tourniquet with a proven battlefield record — with Eleven-10®'s RIGID TQ Case, a gold-standard hard-shell carrier for law-enforcement and military duty-belt carry. Both products are designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA.
The SOF®TT-Wide features a true 1.5″-wide compression band built from reinforced polyester webbing, high-strength aluminum-alloy components, and a patented windlass mechanism with over-wrap security strap. It achieves arterial occlusion in both upper and lower extremities and has documented use across multiple U.S. military branches, law-enforcement SWAT teams, and international special operations forces. At 3.7 oz and folding to 5.5″ L × 2″ W × 1.75″ D, it seats within the RIGID TQ Case with the windlass rod exposed for a positive grip during one-handed deployment. Two rubber bands are included for leg/arm mounting without a case.
The Eleven-10® RIGID TQ Case for SOF®TT/SOF®TT-Wide holds the tourniquet by friction — no closures, snaps, or straps to operate. The injection-molded nylon casing keeps its shape under impact and temperature extremes. The Blade-Tech TEK-LOK mount fits any duty belt up to 2.25″ and allows four carry orientations (vertical, horizontal, canted, inverted) to configure around an existing holster and equipment layout. A drainage hole at the base prevents water retention, and the removable PVC cross patch identifies the carrier as a medical device for fast visual scanning during mass-casualty events. Tourniquet Color Selection Guide
- Black: Tactical carry — low visibility, preferred for operational and plainclothes duty.
- Orange: High-visibility — rapid visual identification; preferred for training and mass-casualty staging.
- Red: Emergency services / EMS standard color for medical-equipment identification.
- Coyote Tan: Desert and arid-environment camouflage; standard U.S. Army/Marine gear color.
- Blue: Training indicator — functionally identical device used to distinguish non-live tourniquets in training environments.
