The TMT™ is CoTCCC-recommended — that status belongs to the tourniquet, not to the bundle and not to the case, and it is stated on the tourniquet rows only. The Eleven-10® RIGID TQ Case is a carrier: it holds a CoTCCC-recommended tourniquet, which is not the same thing as holding a status itself. The service-adoption statement (U.S. Army adoption, more than 30 brigades) is the manufacturer's, reproduced as published; it is a procurement fact, not a performance claim, and is attributed as such. One legacy statement has been dropped: the previous page asserted that the 2 in. strap 'achieves arterial occlusion at lower pressures than 1 in. constriction designs'. That is a comparative performance claim with no cited study, and this page does not carry it. Neither does it carry an application time, a conversion time, a limb-loss window or any instruction on when a tourniquet is indicated, where it goes, how tight, or when it comes off. Those are clinical and protocol matters. Tourniquet application is a trained skill; carrying a tourniquet you have not trained with is the failure mode, not the absence of one.

Two things worth deciding before you buy. First, the case ships as a belt-mount only — if your carry position is a plate carrier, a MOLLE panel or inside a bag, that hardware is not in this bundle. Second, the colorway is not a trivial choice: Black is low-visibility for duty carry, Orange is high-visibility and is easier to find on a dark scene and easier to spot on a casualty during handover. Both are live tourniquets; neither is a trainer, and a trainer is what you should be practising on. Train on the same tourniquet you carry, in the same case, from the same belt position, with the hand you may be left with. Whether a tourniquet is indicated, where it is placed, how it is tightened, when it is converted and when it is released are clinical decisions made under your training, your scope of practice and your medical direction.
