The Javelin Backpack takes our previous sling design and turns it into a convertible, symmetrical backpack! With the ability to remove one shoulder strap and convert a backpack style carry into a sling, you get two carry options in one compact system. With genuine 1000-D Cordura® on the bottom and high wear areas (500-D in Multicam-Black) coated with DWR, and YKK® RC Class zippers, this bag can handle anything you can throw its way!
A padded main compartment and two included dividers provide extra protection for your everyday carry (EDC) items, photography equipment, or range gear. A dedicated tech sleeve that can hold a tablet or laptop up to 14”. High-visibility loop lining provides customizable organization and makes looking for items in low light easier. There are two internal side pockets on the left and right side flaps, with a symmetrical design, you can access these pockets and the main compartment from either the left or right.
We adapted the KATARA-16 shoulder strap design to give users flexibility and maximum comfort. Contoured shoulder straps provide excellent ergonomics. The shoulder straps are secured on top with hook-and-loop fasteners and Duraflex G-hooks. This lets you remove and switch shoulder straps to set-up your pack as a right or left-shoulder VSlinger slingpack for quick access. There is also an ambidextrous rear loop lined zippered pocket supporting discreet Hook and Loop Accessory storage.
We kept the two external front pockets which gives users loop fields for morale patches, MOLLE webbing real estate for attaching MOLLE pouches/accessories, and provides pockets, elastic slots, and pen slots for organizing daily necessities.
Low profile side Hypalon MOLLE panels allow for any MOLLE compatible accessory to be mounted, making carrying bottles, medical pouches or adding additional volume simple and secure.
