An Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) is a compact, wearable trauma kit designed for self-aid and buddy-aid in the critical first minutes before professional help arrives. Unlike a standard first aid kit, an IFAK is built around the MARCH protocol -- addressing the leading causes of preventable trauma death: massive hemorrhage, airway compromise, respiratory failure, circulation, and hypothermia. Every IFAK in this collection is assembled with evidence-based, CoTCCC-current and C-TECC-aligned components.
