The HSGI O3D Med Pouch is a purpose-built pouch for those who prioritize preparedness in any situation, whether on or off duty. Crafted with the everyday carrier, uniform patrol officer, or military member in mind, this compact pouch ensures that your essential medical kit is always within reach.

Key Features:

  • Made 100% in the USA: Ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and durability.
  • Ambidextrous: Designed for both left and right-handed users.
  • Mountable on Various Belts: Compatible with belts ranging from 1.5 to 2.25 inches, including duty leather/nylon, dress belts, EDC belts, and PALS/MOLLE systems.
  • Easy Deployability: Quickly deploy or remove the pouch to assist partners in need.
  • Interchangeable Components: Accommodates components from various manufacturers to support TCCC protocol treatment.
  • HSGI Clips: Includes (2) clips for easy PALS/MOLLE mounting.
  • Versatile Design: Features a Velcro panel for optional medical marker placement and an external glove pouch for non-medical needs.
