Der H&H Cinch Tight Universal-Traumaverband kann bei der Behandlung medizinischer Notfälle zur Blutstillung vielseitig eingesetzt werden. Cinch Tight wurde nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik im Bereich der Ersten Hilfe entwickelt und wird von US-amerikanischen und internationalen Militärangehörigen häufig als wesentlicher Bestandteil ihrer Erste-Hilfe-Sets verwendet.
Der Cinch Tight-Verband besteht aus einem 8 x 7,5 Zoll großen, hochsaugfähigen ABD-Pad, das an eine 4 x 50 Zoll große elastische Hülle genäht ist. Die Hülle ist bis zu 1,5 Meter dehnbar und bietet damit eine hohe Druckfestigkeit. Am oberen Ende des Pads ist ein Stahlhaken eingenäht, um beim Umwickeln einer Wunde Druck auszuüben.
Für Ersthelfer, Militär, Strafverfolgungsbehörden und verwandte Bereiche ist Cinch Tight ein schnelles, effektives Hilfsmittel für viele Arten von Traumata und Verletzungen (insbesondere bei arteriellen Blutungen in den Extremitäten). H&H Cinch Tight wird in einem sterilen, vakuumversiegelten 5-mil-Barrierebeutel geliefert, der ein kleines, dichtes Paket bildet. Elastischer Verband aus Naturkautschuklatex.
