The dynamic elastic wrap delivers strong compression comparable to larger bandages despite the compact package size. JBC describes the Mini as similar in cube to other mini dressings 'but packing superior compression capabilities.' The gripper-band system is straightforward to operate and does not require fine motor dexterity or specific training to use correctly under stress.

What wound types is the JBC T-Ban Mini appropriate for?

The T-Ban Mini is best suited for moderate extremity wounds on arms, forearms, hands, lower legs, and feet — areas where the 4×6 in. pad and 32 in. elastic wrap provide adequate coverage and wrapping length. It is not designed for large torso wounds, abdominal injuries, or amputations that require larger pad coverage. For severe extremity hemorrhage, the T-Ban Mini serves effectively as a pressure dressing over wound packing (using NAR Compressed Gauze or similar), secured with the elastic wrap and gripper bands.

Is the JBC T-Ban Mini latex-free?
