Fill Kit B is the standard BLS level — it carries no tourniquet, no chest seal and no hemostatic dressing. Color changes the bag shell only; the loadout is identical in all five.

EMS and fire as a primary BLS response bag, a first-in bag, or medical standby on a structure fire · Law enforcement as a patrol BLS bag · Event medicine at sporting events, concerts and community health fairs · Industrial and workplace safety for OSHA first-aid compliance and site safety officer kits.

Read the loadout before you assign the bag. Fill Kit B is deep on wound care, bandaging and diagnostics and carries a Berman oropharyngeal airway set, but it holds no tourniquet and no chest seal — for active-shooter, tactical EMS or any hemorrhage-first mission profile, the Fill Kit C level or a separate bleeding-control module is the correct pairing. Oropharyngeal airway insertion requires training and scope-of-practice authorization.
