Bei dieser Variante handelt es sich um einen Sanitäterrucksack in größerer Größe als die Standardvariante mit intelligenter und übersichtlicher Innenaufteilung. Der TT Medic Assault Pack L MK II ist bereits die dritte Größe des bewährten Sanitäterrucksacks von Tasmanian Tiger.

Der Rucksack ist ca. 4 cm (ein MOLLE-Streifen) tiefer als die beiden kleineren Modelle. Er verfügt über lasergeschnittenes MOLLE auf der Vorderseite und an den Seiten. Am Boden befinden sich Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für eine Rettungsdecke. Die leichten, gepolsterten Schultergurte lassen sich abnehmen und in einer Tasche mit Klettflächen auf der Rückseite verstauen.

Durch die mitgelieferten Tragegurte lässt sich der Rucksack zudem für Plattenträger und Westen umrüsten und die verstaubaren Tragegriffe helfen dabei, ihn im Notfall schnell zu transportieren.

The MK II L is the newest and largest member of Tasmanian Tiger's extensively field-used medic series, developed for medics who needed the same intelligent organization as the Standard with more depth for comprehensive loadouts. It is German-made on the proven MK II platform, with a clear-lid divider system that lets a medic scan compartment contents without opening them.

The design choice that matters most is continuity. Because the L preserves the MK II layout language, a medic who has trained retrieval on the Standard does not have to relearn the bag — trained motor patterns transfer directly while capacity increases. Two rows of side MOLLE and rescue-blanket base attachments extend the platform for multi-casualty and cold-environment scenarios.

MED-TAC's position is educator first, operator second: capacity only helps if you can work it. Pack the L consistently, rehearse retrieval to reflex, and pair it with hands-on trauma training. The bag organizes a larger kit; the training is what turns it into outcomes.
