Das Intubationsset ist für die Aufnahme mehrerer Intubationsgriffe, Macintosh- und Miller-Spatel, ET-Tuben, Magill-Zangen, Atemwege, RSI-Medikamente und aller anderen benötigten Intubationszubehörteile ausgelegt. Die Verwendung von flüssigkeitsbeständigem, schwerem Vinyl an der Außenseite des Intubationssets erleichtert die Dekontamination. (Inklusive verzinkter Stahlplatte und Befestigungsschrauben für die Deckelmontage.)

The Thomas EMS Airway Hard Case uses 6 neodymium magnets to secure the removable intubation kit to the lid—completely eliminating Velcro from the exterior. This means the intubation kit can be removed in seconds for use by a second provider at a second patient without any Velcro fumbling, and the exterior surface stays clean and snag-free over repeated use.

What airway equipment does the Thomas EMS Airway Hard Case hold?

The case is organized for a full ALS airway load-out including laryngoscope handles and multiple blade sizes, syringes from 10cc to 60cc, Magill forceps and guides, oral and nasal pharyngeal airways, up to 20 ET tubes (in a dedicated deep clear vinyl pocket), and a lockable vinyl pocket for medications and batteries. The removable intubation kit in the lid provides additional organized storage.

Is the Thomas EMS Airway Hard Case fluid-resistant?

Yes. The case is constructed from fluid-resistant heavy-weight vinyl designed to withstand repeated exposure to blood, secretions, and medical disinfectants. The exterior wipes clean easily, and the high-visibility glow-in-the-dark zipper pulls are visible in low-light environments. The rigid construction also protects delicate airway equipment from compression and impact.
