Delivery and Shipping

We strive to maintain adequate stock levels of all our products, we are currently facing challenges due to global conflicts and supply chain disruptions. As a result, some items may be temporarily out of stock.

Please be assured that we are working tirelessly to resolve these issues and fulfill your orders as promptly as possible.

While we aim to have your orders delivered within 1-3 weeks, please bear with us during this challenging time.

Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we navigate through these unprecedented circumstances

The JACK V2 infusion hook from Dimatex is a preformed aluminum hook with non-slip tip that allows for the hanging of infusion fluid bags directly on the rescuer's clothing or gear, as well as ambulance interiors, poles, or any other surface that it can be hooked on.

It features a Hypalon joint and a high-strength, double-walled strap for attaching latex gloves. The 360° swiveling plastic hook includes a non-return valve and there are six high-strength shape-memory elastic bridges.

The white label allows for name or fitting/sampling information to be included. This ultra-light and ultra-compact hook folds in three and easily fits in a pocket, making it a convenient and versatile option. It can accept all types of infusion bags and allows for hands-free use.

The V2 version includes six elastic bridges for easy one-handed attachment of sample tubes.
