A 13" × 9" × 18" tactical assault pack shipped pre-stocked with a 43-item trauma and bleeding-control fill kit, bundled with four modular belt pouches so sub-kits can be distributed across a belt, a vehicle or a team. Stocked weight is 12 lb. No tourniquet is included in this loadout.

This pack fills the gap between a compact IFAK and a full ALS bag: substantially more capacity than a belt kit, no oxygen, no drug box. Two cautions before it goes on a truck: the loadout contains no tourniquet, and several items — hemostatic gauze, oropharyngeal airways, the BP cuff and stethoscope — assume a provider trained to use them within their scope of practice.
