A 1 oz VX21 X-Pac roll with six reinforced elastic loops that holds one procedure's worth of equipment in fixed positions. It rolls, closes with Velcro and hangs from an integrated loop, so it lives inside a bag, in a cabinet, or off a rail in an ambulance. Sold empty — no medical supplies are included.

Six loops is the whole point: it holds one procedure, not a general-purpose kit, and that constraint is what makes a roll system work.

VX21 is the lightweight tier of the X-Pac family — dimensionally stable and resistant to stretching out over repeated rolling and unrolling
The X-Pac laminate sheds moisture, but this is an open roll with a Velcro closure, not a sealed pouch — treat it as splash resistant only
Load one procedure per roll, in order of use, left to right; put the item needed first at the outside of the roll so it appears before the roll is fully open
Roll snugly rather than crushingly — over-tight rolling deforms packaging and stresses the elastic
Label the outside; a shelf of identical closed rolls tells you nothing
Hang it where it is visible — the loop exists so the roll stores vertically instead of sinking into a drawer
Check loop retention periodically; elastic relaxes on rolls that are used and restocked often
Rolled, it is compact and stacks against other rolls — designed as a component inside a larger kit, not a standalone bag
