ReFlex™ IFAK Pouch System

A two-piece IFAK: a med roll that deploys out of a carrier, rather than a pouch you open and dig through. Every item has a fixed position on the roll, gloves come out of dedicated side slots without pulling the roll, and a carry handle plus shock-cord loops let the roll hang off the casualty or an I.V. rack while you work. Developed with active-duty medical personnel and laid out around U.S. Army-issued IFAK contents — which are not included; both pieces ship empty.
