Q: How quickly will my order ship?

We process and ship many of our products directly from our Florida facility. Roughly half of all orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours of purchase.

Some items, especially specialty or high-demand products, may require additional time and typically ship within 1–3 weeks. This depends on supplier restocking schedules and global supply chain conditions.

Q: Will I know if my order is delayed?

Yes. If an item is on backorder, we’ll notify you right away and provide an estimated shipping timeline. You’ll also receive updates by email as your order progresses.

Q: Why does shipping sometimes take longer?

We prioritize offering only authentic, vetted medical and tactical products. That sometimes means restocking from trusted suppliers rather than substituting lower-quality alternatives. We believe it’s better to be upfront with realistic timelines than to overpromise and underdeliver.

Keep one in your freezer, for those everyday aches and pains, sports injuries and muscle pulls. Remains flexible and comfortable when cold with up to 30 minutes of healing cold therapy. Reuse them again and again. Always use layers of dry terry toweling between ColPac and skin to avoid irritation. Never heat to use as a heat pack.
