Return & Refund Policy

At MED-TAC International Corp., we stand behind the clinical integrity and field reliability of the tactical medical equipment, response packs, and trauma supplies we provide. We maintain a genuine 30-day return policy on qualifying equipment.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the verified date of delivery to request a return for qualifying items. To be eligible for a return and refund:

• The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, unopened factory packaging with all original labels, inserts, and accessories intact.
• A valid order number, receipt, or verified proof of purchase from MED-TAC International is required.

Medical Device Bio-Safety & Sterile Consumables Exclusions

To protect the health and safety of patients, first responders, and medical operators, strict bio-safety, infection control, and FDA chain-of-custody standards apply to medical gear:

• Sterile Medical Consumables: Any sterile medical supplies—including but not limited to hemostatic dressings (QuikClot, Celox), chest seals, wound packing gauzes, surgical airways, decompression needles, intravenous sets, and sterile bandages—that have opened, torn, compromised, or missing tamper-evident seals cannot be returned or refunded.
• Single-Use & Training Devices: Tourniquets (such as the C-A-T® Gen 7) or junctional devices that have been unpacked, staged, or handled cannot be returned for bio-safety reasons unless defective upon initial arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at marco@tactical-medicine.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, and do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item received). Because tactical medical equipment represents high-value assets, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping carrier with insurance coverage.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is delivered to our Pembroke Pines facility, our clinical logistics team inspects the packaging and tamper-evident seals. Upon verification of return eligibility, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately at marco@tactical-medicine.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an expedited replacement.
