A fast-access battlefield IFAK co-designed by MED-TAC International and 6:8 Medical Solutions, shipped fully stocked. A laser-cut interior panel with modular shock-cord retention holds every component in a defined position, and two exterior tourniquet holders put both C-A-T® tourniquets in hand without opening the bag. The loadout covers all five MARCH categories.

Two dedicated exterior tourniquet holders let both C-A-T® tourniquets be drawn without opening the bag. The Blizzard Blanket addresses hypothermia — the third leg of the lethal triad with coagulopathy and acidosis, and routinely the item left out of a trauma kit.

The airway adjunct and the TPAK needle-decompression component are provider-scope items. Their inclusion assumes appropriate training and scope-of-practice authorization.

The D-BAG's laser-cut interior panel creates precisely shaped pockets for each component, combined with modular shock cord retention. This ensures every item stays in its dedicated position during movement, drops, or vehicle transport — so under stress with gloves on, you know exactly where each item is without looking.

Are the components in the D-BAG IFAK Advanced CoTCCC-recommended?

Yes. The two C-A-T® tourniquets are CoTCCC-recommended limb tourniquets. Celox RAPID hemostatic gauze is CoTCCC-recommended for wound packing. The NPA airway and needle decompression kit align with TCCC airway and respiration protocols. The system as a whole was designed to address CoTCCC priorities.

How long is the shelf life of the D-BAG IFAK Advanced contents?

The kit contents carry up to a 5-year shelf life when stored properly (away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture). Regular inspection is recommended — MED-TAC International provides individual component resupply for all items in the kit.
