This pack fills the gap between a compact IFAK and a full ALS bag: substantially more capacity than a belt kit, no oxygen, no drug box. Two cautions before it goes on a truck: the loadout contains no tourniquet, and several items — hemostatic gauze, oropharyngeal airways, the BP cuff and stethoscope — assume a provider trained to use them within their scope of practice.
