What is the difference between the MOJO Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced kit configurations?
All three configurations include the MOJO bag, 2 TMT Tourniquets, 2 ChitoGauze, 2 pre-lubricated NPAs 28Fr, 2 Laminar Vented Chest Seals, 2 TACgauze, eye shields, nitrile gloves, surgical tape, trauma shears, TCCC cards, and permanent marker. The Intermediate adds Battle Bandages (2), Battle Wrap (2), and needle decompression Darts 14G × 3.25″ (2). The Advanced adds the MOJO Shears Retractor on top of the Intermediate contents. The Basic replaces the Battle Bandage upgrade with a single Emergency Bandage 4″.
What is the RAMPART system in the MOJO First Responder Bag?
RAMPART™ is Combat Medical Systems' color-coded medical gear organization system that aligns supplies with MARCH protocol priorities. Each MARCH priority (Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia) is assigned a color, and the included medical supplies are color-coded accordingly. This allows responders and assisting personnel to identify the correct intervention supplies immediately without searching — a critical time-saver during high-stress multi-casualty scenarios.
Does the MOJO First Responder Bag include a CoTCCC-recommended tourniquet?
The stocked kit configurations include the TMT (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet), which is a Combat Medical Systems tourniquet product. MED-TAC recommends verifying current CoTCCC tourniquet guidance for your mission requirements. The MOJO Bag Only configuration allows customers to select and add their preferred CoTCCC-recommended tourniquet, including the NAR C-A-T Gen 7 or SAM XT, available separately in our hemorrhage control collection.
Is the MOJO First Responder Bag made from durable material?
Yes. The MOJO First Responder Bag is constructed from 1000D Cordura® nylon — the heaviest-duty grade of Cordura fabric widely used in military and law enforcement tactical gear. 1000D Cordura provides exceptional abrasion resistance, tear strength, and durability for sustained use in austere field environments, vehicle operations, and prolonged deployment scenarios.
Can the MOJO First Responder Bag be used as a jump-out bag or vehicle medical bag?
Yes. The MOJO is specifically designed as a jump-out bag or vehicle medical solution. Its compact design, MOLLE compatibility for external mounting, and adjustable shoulder strap make it practical for rapid vehicle exit and transition to treating a casualty. It is sized for single-occupant wear and is light enough to carry throughout an operational period without significant load burden.
