Polar Skin Cooling Collar

A neck collar carrying two contoured gel packs in integrated Polar Skin Mini-Mesh pouches, positioned over the lateral and anterior neck where the carotid runs close to the surface. The mesh is saturated with ArcticAqua Sport, which the manufacturer states stays pliable below 0°F, so the packs still conform to a neck instead of going rigid. Gel packs come out for washing and go back in the freezer.
