The design intent is penetrating-trauma self-aid and buddy-aid: the volume is set around a chest seal, a trauma dressing, gauze, shears and gloves. It is an individual pouch, not a team-medic platform — for a larger two-piece HSGI option, look at the ReFlex IFAK System. Everything that goes inside is bought separately.

This allows the user to don gloves as the first action before handling medical supplies or a casualty — maintaining proper infection control sequencing. Gloves remain accessible independently of the main kit deployment.
