The REX is for the provider who wants to design the interior rather than accept somebody else's idea of it. It ships empty on purpose.

If you want a bigger interior or MOLLE mounting on the outside, look at the PFC Pouch instead.

1. Plan both faces before you mount anything. The interior is 6.25 × 9.25 in per side. A full accessory panel measures 6 × 8.75 in and fills one face almost completely; a half panel plus a mesh pouch splits it.
2. Mount the primary panel first. Whatever you reach for most goes on the face that lands nearest your dominant hand when the case opens.
3. Weave the elastic cordage. Accessory panels ship with cordage that threads through the Lock Matrix — build the retention pattern around the items you actually carry, not around a generic template.
4. Use the palm strap. It exists so you can hold the case open against your forearm and work out of it with the other hand. Practice that before you need it.
5. Mark the exterior. In a shared bag, an unmarked case gets opened by the wrong person at the wrong time.

REX Case vs the NARCO Pouch: the NARCO Pouch is purpose-shaped around one board. The REX is a general-purpose organizer with a bright interior and a palm strap that happens to take NARCO Panels. Choose the REX if you want to run mixed accessories and see everything instantly; choose the NARCO Pouch if you want the tightest possible package around a single panel.

REX Case vs the PFC Pouch: the PFC Pouch is larger (11 × 7 × 2 in) with laser-cut MOLLE on the rear for external mounting. The REX is smaller, lighter at 6.9 oz, and has no external mounting — it rides inside a bag or in the hand. Different jobs.

REX Case vs a pre-filled commercial organizer: pre-filled cases lock you into someone else's layout and someone else's inventory. This one arrives empty because your formulary is not theirs.

Q: Does it come with panels or pouches?

A: No. The case ships empty. Everything shown inside it in the photography — panels, mesh pouches, medications, supplies — is sold separately and shown to demonstrate configuration.

Q: Which accessories fit?

A: The Accessory Panel Full at 6 × 8.75 in, the Accessory Panel Half at 4.375 × 6 in, and the Velcro Mesh Pouch Half at 5.75 × 4.5 in. NARCO Panels mount to the loop interior as well. The manufacturer notes that a half accessory panel plus a mesh pouch plus a set of NARCO Panels is a clean fit.

Q: Will a PFC Medication Panel fit?

A: No. The PFC Panel is 10 × 6.4 in and the REX interior is 9.25 in on its long side. Use the PFC Pouch for that board.

Q: Does it mount to MOLLE?

A: No. There is no external attachment system. This is a hand-carried or bag-carried organizer. If you need external mounting, the PFC Pouch has a laser-cut MOLLE rear.

Q: Why does the interior color matter?

A: A dark interior swallows small dark objects. A bright liner means a black vial cap or a clear syringe barrel still reads against the background in a vehicle at night or under a headlamp. It is a small design choice that shows up every time you open it in bad light.

Q: Is it waterproof?

A: No. 500D CORDURA with reverse coil zippers is weather-resistant, not sealed. Reverse coil helps shed splash and dust. Treat it as protection from rain and grit, not immersion.

Q: Does this secure controlled substances?

A: No. It organizes and carries. Security is a function of your agency's lock-and-log policy.
