TacMed™ Vascular Access Kit

A sealed peripheral IV access package built around two 18-gauge catheters and a 15 drop/mL administration set. It is the Saline Lock Kit with the admin set added, so the same package that establishes access can also run fluid — the fluid bag itself is sourced separately. Two ounces, packaged to hold sterility through extended field carry.

The Vascular Access Kit includes an IV administration set (15 drip/mL) enabling direct fluid infusion. The Saline Lock Kit provides access and lock only.

No. Fluid must be sourced separately.

How does the Linebacker IV securing device help in field conditions?

The Linebacker provides a mechanical secondary catheter anchor to prevent accidental dislodgement during casualty movement, extraction, or CASEVAC transport.
