VIEW ▾In the Box — sling pack and organizer interior — no medical supplies
  • 1× Modular MEDIC Sling Pack 20 shell, CORDURA® 700D nylon, 20 L, 50 × 24 × 13 cm, with padded TT Back-System
  • 2× Large transparent-window pouches, 24 × 21 × 7 cm
  • 3× Small accessory bags, 18 × 11 × 5 cm
  • 2× Flat pouches, 19 × 13 × 3.5 cm
  • 1× Bungee retention panel, 17 × 18 cm
  • 1× Long flat panel, 18 × 53 cm
  • 2× Elastic strap sets
  • 2× Tourniquet holders, 2.5 × 21 cm, for exterior staging
  • No tourniquet, gauze, dressing, chest seal, medication, airway adjunct or any other medical supply is included
VIEW ▾Layout, Mounting & Fill Guidance — how the interior is zoned and what each element is sized for
  • Interior is organized around the MARCH/TCCC framework so the pack can be staged before it is ever opened on a casualty
  • Large transparent pouches — hemorrhage control and IV supplies; the window gives instant content identification
  • Small accessory bags — medications, airway adjuncts or dressings
  • Flat pouches — documentation and trauma cards
  • Bungee panel — retention for a CAT or SOF-T Wide tourniquet
  • Long panel — a SAM splint or rolled bandages
  • Tourniquet holders mount on the exterior so a tourniquet is reachable without opening the pack
  • Colour-coding follows the shell: black and olive-drab packs ship with OD-green pouches, coyote packs with coyote pouches, which keeps a unit's colour SOP consistent
  • Every internal pouch attaches by hook-and-loop and is removable or reconfigurable; the shell keeps its full interior surface for custom layouts
  • A dedicated exterior scissor pocket draws trauma shears without opening the main compartment
  • 24 external laser-cut MOLLE loops (16 on the sides, 8 on the front) accept TT and other PALS-compatible pouches
  • Single-shoulder sling carry allows the pack to be drawn to the front without removing body armor
  • Tourniquets are applied high and tight on the proximal third of the limb and never across a joint

Sold as tactical and organizational equipment. This is not a medical device; the contents you add govern capability, and their use is bounded by your training and protocols. MARCH = Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia/Head injury.

▾Who Carries It

68W and Combat Lifesavers using it as a primary sling-carry medic bag, tourniquets staged on the exterior and the interior colour-coded so it works while moving, kneeling or on a casualty · Combat medics and PAs carrying it as a short-duration response kit or a supplement to a larger assault pack · EMS first responders working high-tempo scenes hands-free · LE and SWAT medics expanding the exterior MOLLE to a team SOP.

Against the bare Modular Sling Pack 20, the difference is the medical interior: the shell is the same, the organizer kit is not. Buy the bare pack if you already have an insert system; buy this one if you want a drop-in. Against a pouch-scale platform like an M-FAK, this is a full 20 L organized bag rather than a hemorrhage-control pouch — match the platform to the load you actually carry.
