ALPINE 45L Medical & Operational Backpack

A 45-liter backpack for technical missions. The shell is 420D ripstop with a TPU coating, which Dimatex specifies as waterproof, antistatic and bacteriostatic; the front face is reinforced with Hypalon. An integrated winch and helicopter rescue ring, ice axe sleeve, water bladder outlet, sternum strap and waist belt make it a true back-carry pack. Sold empty, in Red or Full Black.

Mountain and technical rescue teams — An ice axe sleeve, waist belt and sternum strap put the medical load on your back for approaches on foot, with 8 carabiner loops for clipping gear.

Hoist-capable rescue and helicopter units — The integrated winch and helicopter rescue ring gives the bag a fixed clip-in point for raising or lowering it during an operation.

EMS crews working away from the vehicle — A water bladder outlet, a supplied groundsheet for a clean work surface, and Velcro strips to anchor pouches inside a 45 L pack.

Operational and tactical teams — The Full Black version (SEC1648) is the operational colorway: black shell, gray interior, same 45 L build as the Red.

The winch and helicopter rescue ring is rescue hardware on a bag, not certified life-safety equipment. Use it only within your team's rigging protocols and rated-hardware standards for raising or lowering equipment.

What is the difference between the Red and Full Black versions?
