Bleeder Pouch – Blue Tide Innovations

A dedicated bleeder pouch that opens flat and presents everything at once, built around an interior Tegris thermoplastic panel that keeps the shape stable when loaded and keeps the clamshell open where you put it. Retention is Velcro One-Wrap and shock cord, so the layout follows your protocol rather than the manufacturer's. Sold empty — no medical supplies are included.

A bleeder pouch and a full IFAK answer different problems. An IFAK covers more of MARCH; a bleeder pouch does the massive-hemorrhage step faster and takes less real estate on the belt. Many people run both. Hemorrhage-control equipment requires training to use effectively — the pouch confers carriage, not capability.
