Oropharyngeal airway insertion requires training and scope-of-practice authorization. This kit is a BLS loadout: If your event risk assessment includes penetrating trauma or arterial bleeding, a tourniquet, hemostatic dressing, and chest seal must be added — they are not in Fill Kit B.
