A 28" × 13" × 12" oxygen trauma duffle that ships stocked: a D-size cylinder with a 0–15 LPM regulator, adult BVM, OPA set, C-collar, chest seal, tourniquet and a full BLS supply complement. Built as a single first-in bag for crews that carry oxygen and trauma capability together. The cylinder ships empty and must be filled locally before it is put in service.

The D-size cylinder ships empty under federal shipping regulations and must be filled locally before deployment. Oxygen administration, airway adjuncts and cervical immobilization are governed by the provider's training, protocols and scope of practice.
