Scope of practice. This is a provider-level platform. Needle decompression with the ARS kit and IV access with the saline lock and constricting band are advanced interventions restricted to trained tactical healthcare providers operating under their own protocols. This page describes capability, not technique, and is not a substitute for accredited training. Teams issuing this rig to non-provider personnel should strip the vascular and decompression components first.

One rig size, four colorways: Black (80-0046), Olive Drab (80-0047), Coyote Tan (80-0048) and Multicam (80-0249). The colorway is cosmetic and signature-related only — the medical loadout, the CORDURA weight, the NIR treatment and the three mounting modes are identical across all four.

Straps are adjustable rather than sized: the waist and thigh straps run quick-release buckles that accommodate a wide range of thigh sizes over standard patrol uniforms and tactical pants.

Leg rig — rides below the plate carrier on a split-tale connector with Quick-Grip straps; fastest access while kneeling or in cover, and keeps vest real estate free for armor, ammunition and comms.

MOLLE / PALS — mounts to an aid bag, pack or larger carrier when the rig is a module in a bigger system.

Quick-weave belt — vehicle-accessible carry for mounted operations, where a thigh-mounted rig fouls the seat.

All three are interchangeable without tools. Mounting the rig on the non-dominant thigh and routing the pull cord to the dominant hand allows single-handed deployment; rehearse that draw gloved before you need it.
