Diseñado para evacuar de forma segura a pacientes más grandes con comodidad y facilidad. Este diseño tiene una mayor superficie para el paciente, asas de transporte extra acolchadas, cubierta ignífuga y estribos adicionales que ofrecen un apoyo más firme al paciente, así como una mejor distribución del peso en el suelo. Al igual que el Raven 90C, el OSL tiene una configuración doble.

El material de la cubierta es una mezcla muy duradera de Nomex/Kevlar. Además, se puede comprar por separado un respaldo suplementario (no se muestra) para sostener al paciente en ángulos de 90° y 45°.
