Where many pre-assembled IFAKs stop at hemorrhage control and a chest seal, the Premium adds a 28FR NPA airway, a CPR mask, an NAR Burntec® burn dressing, alcohol swabs, iodine wipes, and self-adherent gauze — suiting it to multi-victim care, prolonged field care, and scenarios beyond pure penetrating trauma.
The pouch is the Lightning X LXPB15, a proven quick-access MOLLE platform at 8 × 6.5 × 3 in. — larger than the pouch used in the Custom Trauma Kit, with extra capacity for the expanded contents. The quick-access design opens in a single motion under stress, and MOLLE compatibility supports mounting to any standard vest, duty belt, or vehicle medical platform.
