An empty, loop-lined organizer built to be configured rather than bought pre-filled. Full-zip clamshell that opens flat, a bright interior so a black vial cap still reads under a headlamp, a palm strap for one-handed handling, 500D CORDURA shell and YKK reverse coil zippers. Designed around the NARCO Panel system, but the interior is a plain loop field that will take whatever you mount to it.

This is an organization and carry device, not a clinical intervention device, and it ships empty on purpose. Everything visible inside it in the product photography is sold separately. It provides no security: carrying, storing and documenting medications — controlled or otherwise — remains governed by your licensure, your medical direction and your agency's lock-and-log policy, and a soft zippered case satisfies none of that. If you need a larger interior or external MOLLE mounting, this is not the right case; the PFC Pouch is the bigger, MOLLE-backed option. SKU is not published on the legacy listing.

Providers running a NARCO Panel system who want a bright interior and a palm strap rather than a dark, purpose-shaped pouch. Crews building duty medication kits that have to open one-handed on a truck bench with every label legible at a glance. Anyone running a mixed loadout — a panel on one face, a half panel and a mesh pouch on the other, holding airway adjuncts, IV supplies or documentation. Teams standardizing case colour by role, using red for medical identification in a shared bag and subdued colours for external carry.

What this is not. It is not a locking container, not a temperature-controlled container, and not a substitute for your agency's medication security policy. Plan both faces before mounting anything — the interior is 6.25 × 9.25 in. per side, and a full accessory panel at 6 × 8.75 in. fills one face almost completely. Mark the exterior: in a shared bag, an unmarked case gets opened by the wrong person at the wrong time.
