START is Dimatex's tourniquet holder, made in two sizes: START MICRO at 4.7 × 3.9 × 2.0 in (12 × 10 × 5 cm) and START MINI at 5.1 × 7.1 × 2.0 in (13 × 18 × 5 cm). Both carry 6 elastic fasteners with grippers for arterial tourniquets, mount by MOLLE to bags or combat vests with quick release, and use coated 420D ripstop. Coyote or Full Black. Sold empty.
