La versión más pequeña de la bolsa TT IFAK es una bolsa para botiquín de primeros auxilios montada en MOLLE que cuenta con el mismo sistema de acceso rápido que su hermano mayor. Se puede montar en la parte posterior de un chaleco, mochila o cinturón y permite al usuario llevar una gran cantidad de equipo médico para abordar muchos problemas dentro del algoritmo MARCH de TCCC.

Un sistema de montaje de cordón de choque alojado en un panel sólido con presillas para material en el otro lado permite una carga personalizada de acuerdo con las necesidades del usuario.
