La mochila es unos 4 cm (una tira MOLLE) más profunda que los dos modelos más pequeños. Dispone de MOLLE cortado a láser en la parte frontal y laterales. En la parte inferior hay accesorios para una manta de rescate. Las correas ligeras y acolchadas para los hombros se pueden quitar y guardar en un bolsillo con paneles de velcro en la espalda.

Because the L preserves the MK II layout language, a medic who has trained retrieval on the Standard does not have to relearn the bag — trained motor patterns transfer directly while capacity increases. Two rows of side MOLLE and rescue-blanket base attachments extend the platform for multi-casualty and cold-environment scenarios.

MED-TAC's position is educator first, operator second: capacity only helps if you can work it. Pack the L consistently, rehearse retrieval to reflex, and pair it with hands-on trauma training. The bag organizes a larger kit; the training is what turns it into outcomes.
