How does the Medic Hip Bag attach to a plate carrier?

The bag ships with adapters for plate carrier hip attachment. It also mounts to standard MOLLE-compatible hip belts via its PALS webbing interface.

Is 9 liters enough for a complete TCCC kit?

9L accommodates a complete MARCH kit: tourniquet, chest seals, hemostatic gauze, NPA, gloves, and additional items for a two-casualty load. For larger loadouts, pair with an Assault Pack.

Does it have an internal organizational system?

Yes. The interior includes multiple compartments and a scissor/shears pocket on the lid. The MOLLE exterior adds further attachment points.

What is the difference between the 700D and Multicam 500D versions?

Solid colors use heavier 700D CORDURA® for maximum abrasion resistance. The Multicam version uses 500D CORDURA® — slightly lighter while maintaining excellent durability.
