Clear Transparent Pouches
Includes 3× transparent zip-compartment pouches (23×12×13cm) and 5× transparent zip pouches — instant content ID without opening. CORDURA®/420HD Nylon construction.
MOLLE Hook-and-Loop Adapters
3× MOLLE H&L adapters (23×12cm) included — mounts any standard MOLLE pouch (TT Rescue Pouch, IFAK, etc.) directly to the transporter panels.
Station and Vehicle Medical Staging — The Medic Transporter is designed for medical treatment facility staging and vehicle-based inventory:
- 1× Dump Pouch (33×25×4cm) — waste, used packaging, contaminated gloves
- 3× Transparent zip-compartment pouches (23×12×13cm) — categorized supply staging
- 5× Transparent zip pouches (23×12×12cm) — secondary consumables by category
- MARCH labels — visual MARCH sequence for provider reference under stress
- Hook-and-loop wall/surface mounting — adheres to vehicle interiors or flat surfaces
- 4-panel separation — distribute panels by role in multi-provider treatment stations
Vehicle-mounted or aid-station medical inventory system. Pre-staged MARCH pouches reduce set-up time during a mass-casualty event.
Mounts to aircraft interior surfaces or patient compartment walls. Pre-labeled panels allow crew cross-training on inventory location.
Vehicle-based medical staging for fire apparatus, ambulances, or rescue vehicles. Non-wearable — designed for compartment or shelf mounting.
FOB or patrol base medical storage. The four-panel system spreads medical inventory across multiple staging areas by MARCH category.
When to Choose the Medic Transporter System
- Vehicle-mounted medical staging — Mounts to vehicle walls, behind seats, or in cargo compartments — organized MARCH inventory without a bag.
- Aid station inventory — Forward aid station staging for multi-provider TCCC care. Pre-labeled panels assign inventory to roles without briefing.
- Mass-casualty pre-staging — Pre-load all panels before an operation. At the point of injury, unfold and distribute — no rummaging, no wasted time.
- Medical crew cross-training — Standard layout with MARCH labels allows any trained provider to navigate the system without prior familiarity.
Medic Transporter System vs. The Competition
- vs. Pax Combatives T3 Trauma Treatment System — Both are multi-panel staging systems. TT Transporter includes MARCH-labeled pouches as standard; T3 requires more self-organization.
- vs. NAR MOJO Bag — MOJO is a carry bag; Transporter is a flat-deploy panel system. Different use cases — bag vs. wall/vehicle-mount staging.
- vs. TacMed Solutions MOJO Trauma Bag — Same distinction — TacMed MOJO is a wearable bag system. TT Transporter is a station/vehicle-mount organizational tool.
- vs. Carrying multiple TT IFAK pouches — Individual IFAK pouches stage single categories. Transporter organizes all MARCH categories on one deployable surface — more efficient for multi-category operations.
Frequently Asked Questions — Medic Transporter System
- Does the Medic Transporter include medical supplies?
- No. The Medic Transporter is sold as an organizational system only. All medical consumables must be sourced separately.
- Can the four panels be used independently?
- Yes. The large 105×53cm panel divides into four smaller panels, each usable independently. Panels can be distributed to different stations or roles.
- How does it mount to surfaces?
- Panels include hook-and-loop attachment surfaces for mounting to compatible vehicle interiors, shelving, or flat surfaces. The MOLLE H&L adapters also accept standard MOLLE pouches.
- Is the Medic Transporter wearable as a backpack?
- No. The Transporter is a flat panel system for vehicle or station mounting — not a wearable carry system. For wearable options, see the TT Medic Assault Pack or Modular Medic Pack lines.
