Tasmanian Tiger has built mission-critical load-carrying equipment for military and law enforcement since 1999, and the Modular Medic Pack 38 distills that experience into an advanced-life-support platform. At 38 liters it sits between compact IFAKs and oversized treatment chests — enough for a mass-casualty or austere load, compact enough for sustained foot movement, with a CORDURA 700D shell for the abrasion and tear resistance tactical medicine demands.

Its defining feature is the expandable main compartment with six clear, hook-and-loop transparent pouches. The hook-and-loop mounting allows fully modular reconfiguration to any medic's workflow; the transparency allows visual inventory and rapid identification without opening each pouch. In a mass-casualty event where supplies are cycled rapidly across patients, that transparency translates directly into faster access and reduced cognitive load.

MED-TAC's position is educator first, operator second: a 38-liter platform is only an asset if it's organized and rehearsed. Pack it consistently, train on it under realistic load, and pair it with advanced trauma and ALS instruction. The pack organizes the capability; the training is what delivers the outcome.
