TCCC Skills Set — All Combatant
The shared station equipment for a full TCCC All-Combatant course of up to 25 students: eight skill stations covering extremity hemorrhage, wound packing, chest seals, needle decompression, airway adjuncts, splinting, hypothermia prevention and ocular injury. Everything ships pre-inventoried in a wheeled hard-shell case with dividers, at 55 lb. NAR SKU 80-0968, made in Greer, SC.

Station rotation fails on the missing trainer, not the missing instructor. One inventoried case is the difference between a twenty-minute setup and an hour of improvising.

Kit Contents

One configuration, one case. Contents are grouped below by MARCH phase and then by the remaining stations. Note the station depths differ by design: the hemorrhage and documentation stations run 25 deep, while airway, needle decompression and ocular protection are supplied at 10 or 12. Tap any section.

This is a training set. Nothing in it is annotated as CoTCCC-recommended: the C-A-T®, Combat Gauze® and HyFin® items supplied here are trainer versions, which do not carry the status their live-issue counterparts hold and must never be substituted into an operational kit. NAR periodically revises training-set components — confirm the current manifest against your course requirements before buying for a class.

Who Carries It

Unit instructors running full eight-station All-Combatant courses · Military schools and academies that need standardized 25-student throughput class after class · Training centers and TECC programs delivering recurring station-based instruction · Programs standing up TCCC capability, where a documented NAR configuration doubles as the training-equipment baseline for unit records.

Scope of practice. The set supports instruction and is not a substitute for an accredited TCCC course. Two of its components — the ARS® needle decompression kits and the 28 Fr nasopharyngeal airways — correspond to interventions performed by trained and credentialed personnel within their scope of practice and under applicable protocols; run those stations under proctor supervision and use the sharps containers as intended. Map each trainer to its station before the class begins: a rotation only works if the lanes are staged.
