You receive one half-size Velcro mesh pouch. Photographs show it installed in a loaded REX Case beside panels and medical supplies so you can see how it configures. The case, the panels, and every medical item pictured are sold separately and are not included.
The Velcro Mesh Pouch (Half) solves the problem every organized kit still has: the loose small items that will not sit in an elastic loop. Gloves, alcohol prep pads, tape, spare batteries, blister packs, saline flushes. This pouch takes them off the floor of the case and puts them on the wall of it, visible through the mesh, in a zippered enclosure that peels off the loop field when you want it out. At 5¾ in × 4½ in it is sized to share one interior face with a half accessory panel or a NARCO Panel rather than dominate it.

Use cases (when to choose this)
Panels retain items individually. Mesh contains items collectively. Use this for anything where the count matters more than the position.
- Consumables you burn through — nitrile gloves, alcohol preps, gauze pads, tape, chlorhexidine swabs.
- Small hardware — spare batteries, sharps caps, spare cordage, zip ties, needle caps.
- Blister-packed and boxed medications that no vial board will accept.
- Anything you restock in bulk — you unzip, dump in a handful, and move on rather than threading each item.

The mesh is the point. You can see what is in there and how much is left without opening anything, which is what makes inventory checks fast.
Setup and use
- Plan the face before you mount. This is the half size — it is meant to sit beside a panel, not alone. Decide what shares the wall with it first.
- Mount it where the case opens toward you. The pleat expands outward as the pouch fills, so give it clearance from the opposite interior face or the case will not close cleanly when loaded.
- Load heaviest at the bottom. Mesh has no internal structure. Weight distributed low keeps the pouch flat against the loop field instead of sagging away from it.
- Do not overstuff it. A pleated mesh pouch that is packed solid stops being visible, which defeats the reason to run mesh instead of a solid pouch.
- Decide your access mode. Zipper for in-place retrieval during a call. Peel-off for restock, cleaning, and inventory.
- Check the zipper track after messy calls. Mesh catches debris and a fouled zipper on a sub-pouch is the kind of small failure that costs you time at the worst moment.
Comparison vs common alternatives
Mesh pouch vs accessory panel: these are complements, not competitors. A panel gives every item a known position you can find by feel. A pouch gives loose items a home. A case running only panels has nowhere to put gloves; a case running only mesh has nothing you can locate without looking.

Q: Can I run it alongside a NARCO Panel in the same case?
A: That is the intended combination. The manufacturer specifically pairs this half pouch with a half accessory panel and NARCO Panels inside one REX Case.
Q: Is it water resistant?
A: No — it is mesh, which is the opposite of a moisture barrier and deliberately so. It drains and dries rather than holding water. Anything that must stay dry belongs in a sealed pouch.
Q: How much does it hold?
A: The pleat gives it real volume for its footprint, but the honest answer is that it holds as much as you can fit while still seeing through the mesh. Past that point you have converted it into a solid pouch with worse durability.
